WOMEN MOBILIZATION DIRECTORATE HOSTS EKO GRINDERS AND MILLERS, HAIRDRESSERS, BEAUTICIANS AND BARBERS ASSOCIATIONS AT THE ICC


The Tinubu/Shettima and Sanwo-Olu/ Hamzat Independent Campaign Council Women Mobilization Directorate played host to members and leadership of two vibrant associations which are Eko Grinders and Millers Association, and Association of Hairdressers, Beauticians and Barbers at the headquarters of the ICC .


The Eko Grinders and Millers Association with over 10,000 members had their representatives pulled from across the 57 LGAs and LCDAs to show their solidarity. 

In the same vein, the Association of Hairdressers, Beauticians and Barbers who are well over 4,000 had their leadership converged in support of the mandate of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.


The Director General of Tinubu/ SHettima and Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat Independent Campaign Council (ICC), Mr. Tayo Ayinde commended the leadership of the two groups. He assured them of governmental recognition and patronage. He mentioned that the coming election and its victory shall usher in unprecedented development for all Nigerians. He promised that the governance is going to be an all-inclusive.


Addressing the gathering, the leader of Eko Grinders and Millers Association Deacon Peter A. Somuyiwa pledged the support of all members  for the success of all candidates of All Progressives Congress. He noted that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a worthy leader.


Likewise, Alhaja Sherifat Ajoke Okedairo the president of Association of Hairdressers, Beauticians and Barbers assured the ICC leadership of the association unflinching support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.


Dignitaries at the event were Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde the Director General of ICC, Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku (Chairman ICC) ,Mr. Kola Peregrino (Deputy Director General), Prince Bayo Osiyemi (Director Chieftaincy), Prince Abiodun  Abu (Director  Volunteers) ,Mr. Akinduro Ibesanmi (Director Office of the Director General), Mrs. Iyabo Obasa (Director  Labour Union) , Chief Gani Kayode Balogun( Media Consultant to the DG), Hon. Mrs. Folashade Onajobi (Director of Women Mobilization) whose directorate championed the event,  Mr. Jubril Gawat, (Director of New Media) among others.

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
