As part of efforts to ensure victory for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate and other APC Candidates, no fewer than Seven Thousand and Sixty Five (7065) canvassers were tutored in Ojokoro LCDA, Lagos today, 16th February, 2023.

The training was organised by the APC Candidate, LAHA FKJ 02, Hon. Emmanuel Olotu, who is also known as "OXYGEN OF OJOKORO" aimed at selling his Presidential candidacy and that of his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima, alongside all APC Candidates at the grassroots.

The Secretary to the Presidential Campaign Council, Lagos State Chapter,Chief Fouad Oki tutored the 15 canvassers per Polling Unit in 471 Polling Units in Ojokoro, Lagos.

Chief Oki said the training would prepare the canvassers with adequate information about their ‘’political products’’ to be marketed to the electorates in Ojokoro.

“Unlike before, the 2023  election is going to be a very unique and technological driven, based on the introduction of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS)

“There is a need for us to train the canvassers about the products that we in APC have to offer Nigerians. They need to know about their backgrounds, their achievements and even their plans for Nigeria. Oki said.

‘’So as we engage the electorates, we will be able to properly address their concerns and questions if any. All these are aimed at winning the presidential, Senate and House of Representatives elections come February 25 2023, while Governorship and House of Assemblies election will come up by March 11, 2023,’’ he said.

Oki said, the best finger to use is the index finger to cast vote, and ballot paper must be duly signed by any Presiding Officer assigned at the Polling Unit, before collecting the ballot paper from the INEC Officials.  We should make sure the ink doesn't touch other party, so as to avoid "VOID".

"With this strategy of 15 canvassers from each Polling Unit, Our party would have been in a landslide lead 30 minutes after the commencement of the Vote".

Hon. Olotu expressed hope to achieve success in their task due to their closeness to the people in their respective wards and polling units, adding that language, religion and cultural barriers would not impede their given assignments.

Other dignitaries, Ojokoro Party Chairman, Alhaji Jelili Oseni, APC State, Assistant Financial Secretary, Mrs. Funke Olaleye, Ojokoro Party Secetrary, Snr. Evang. Sanjo Ogunmoyede, Party LG Excos, APC Ward Chairmen headed by Alhaji Adefolabi, Deputy DG Olotu Campaign Council, Hon. Olusegun Jolaloso Custard.
