2023: CAFI-T23 PRESIDENTIAL GROUP ENDORSES HON. BENJAMIN ADEYEMI OLABINJO (BAO) FOR HOUSE OF REPS SEAT

 


CAFI-T23 Presidential Group under the leadership of Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi Carry Go, endorsed an illustrious son of Ifako Ijaiye federal constituency, Hon. Benjamin Adeyemi Olabinjo, for House of Representatives seat to represent Ifako Ijaiye federal constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming general election.


In a statement signed by the Chairman of the political group, Hon. Akinoso Olusegun Olawaye, he explained that the call became necessary based on the track record of Olabinjo, whom they described as a man that has the interest of the people at heart.


They also described Olabinjo as a grassroot politician and seasoned administrator.


The statement read: “We want to commend Hon Olabinjo for always keeping in touch with the people at the grassroots, and for his massive empowerment programmes.


“The call become necessary because right now, what Ifako Ijaiye federal constituency needs is a pragmatic and realistic grassroots politician that feels the pains, yearnings and aspirations of all in the constituency.


“We need a politician that will give quality and robust representation that will ensure dividends of democracy, which BAO represents and stands for.


“We the members of the aforementioned group are given you our unflinching support at the general election come 2023.


“We are ready to go to the length and breadth of Ifako Ijaiye federal constituency to ensure that BAO emerges the winner come general election".


The group further described BAO as a credible candidate with a clear vision of all-inclusive government who will carry everybody along, irrespective of their tribes, groups and religion.

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
