The President of Change Agent Foundation International and T'23, (CAFI/T23), Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi Carry Go in a birthday message signed by his Personal Media aide Mr. Lateef Olawale, described Shettima, the immediate past Governor of Borno State, who clocked 56 on Friday, September 2, as a selfless public servant, who contributed not only to his state but Nigeria at large, as an experienced administrator, legislator and also a respected politician.


He said the APC vice presidential candidate has showcase pragmatic leadership with selflessness and dedication, by rendering quality service to people of his state and also in the private and public sectors.

Senator Shettima have proved to be a trusted and committed manager of manpower and resources since his people elected him as Governor in 2011.


Senator Shettima’s developmental acumen in Borno State during his tenure as Governor is a clear testament to his visionary leadership. His developmental strides in the State are noticeable in different areas of endeavour till date. He has also distinguished himself in the legislative chamber as a member of the Senate, representing Borno Central.


With his diligence and contributions toward the development of Nigeria’s socio-economic and political landscape based on his service to the nation in different capacities in the past without any iota of doubt made him the right choice as the APC vice presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential poll.

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
