The Member representing Ifako Ijaiye Constituency 02 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Emmanuel Olotu, has continued to demonstrate a remarkable and inspiring leadership style through his outstanding reward system, which has earned him admiration across the constituency. Popularly referred to as “OXYGEN” and “KOSELERI" of Ojokoro, Hon. Olotu has consistently shown appreciation to his loyalists and supporters, recognizing their dedication and commitment to the progress of the party and the community.



His leadership is characterized by encouragement, empowerment, and recognition of hard work. A notable example is his support for Hon. Tolulope Ogedegbe, a committed and long-standing participant in grassroots politics, who through Hon. Olotu’s backing secured the position of Supervisory Councillor. This gesture reflects his belief in rewarding loyalty and perseverance within the political structure.



In the same spirit, Chief Mrs. Flora Awoola, fondly known as “Iya Pressy,” was supported to emerge as the APC Woman Leader in Ojokoro, further demonstrating Hon. Olotu’s commitment to strengthening party leadership and promoting capable individuals within the party.



Beyond these appointments, Hon. Olotu has also ensured that many of his loyalists are included in the APC Ward Executive structures, giving them opportunities to serve and contribute to the growth of the party at the grassroots level.



His appreciation for dedication was recently demonstrated when he rewarded forty members of his Central Working Committee with ₦250,000 each in recognition of their hard work and commitment. This generous gesture highlights his belief that loyalty and service should never go unnoticed.



Furthermore, Hon. Olotu facilitated opportunities for his supporters to benefit from government empowerment initiatives. Through the Lagos State Ministry of Civic Engagement, Princess Philip Aladekemi and Hon. Femi Alamu received ₦500,000 grants for medical support and business development respectively, showcasing his dedication to improving the welfare of those around him.



Without doubt, Hon. Emmanuel Olotu has continued to bring the dividends of democracy to the people of Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 02. His leadership remains inclusive, impactful, and unbiased, as he consistently works to uplift his constituents and reward loyalty within the political family.



Interestingly, his style of leadership and reward system mirrors the political philosophy of the National Leader of the APC and the President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
