HON. OLOTU STORM TMM JOINT MEETING OF IFAKO IJAIYE LG AND OJOKORO LCDA


A pro-All Progressive Congress group, "THE MANDATE MOVEMENT" (TMM), Ifako Ijaiye Chapter, which comprises of Ifako Ijaiye LG and Ojokoro LCDA held their joint meeting yesterday, *Friday, 20th December, 2024* which occured simultaneously in all the twenty local government in Lagos to show their unflinching support to our National Leader and President of Federal Republic Of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his unwavering reformation and bringing back hope to Nigeria and Nigerians.



The Apex Leader of TMM, Ojokoro LCDA and also Member, representing Ifako Ijaiye Constituency 02, Hon. Emmanuel Olotu, storm the venue in a grand style to show his support and loyalty to the group and to our National Leader.


The proactive legislator said, “I have always loved and admired the leadership qualities of our great leader, the Jagaban Borgu, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. While he was governor of Lagos State, he impressed me with his brilliance, his compassion for the less privileged and the masses and his overall superlative performance which transformed Lagos from one of the most unattractive cities in the world into what it is today. How can we forget how he increased the IGR of Lagos from a mere N600m per month to over N8billion per month? It's crystal clear that, he has been transforming Nigeria economy to a greater height.



He added, “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the only tested and trusted political actor in Nigeria who has all it takes to effect the type of changes we desire in Nigeria and we are fully convinced that PBAT has been given our country the needed growth and stability going by his antecedents in Lagos State.


Hon. Olotu emphasized the Mandate Movement's commitment to rebuilding the APC without resorting to witch hunts or oppression of anyone.


He underscored the group's mission to provide recognition and a sense of belonging to all party members. 


The Oxygen of Ojokoro extended an invitation to party loyalists who are not yet members of the Mandate Movement, emphasizing its inclusive approach within the APC. The resurgence of the Mandate Movement signals a renewed vigor within the political landscape as it aims to unite party members for a stronger APC.


He also thanked the role Rt. Hon Speaker, Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa played in formulating this strong and formidable platform to campaign rigorously for the re-emergence of our National leader, in other to continue his reform in reshaping and bringing back the hope of the Country.


He commended the legislative styles and acumen Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa brought to Lagos State House Of Assembly. 


"The Speaker initiatives has brought Infrastructural developments and also make Lagos an economy hub in Nigeria". Hon Olotu said.



Hon. Olotu thanked the TMM Leaders for their undiluted and unflinching supports to make the movement a formidable team that should be reckoned with in Nigeria.


In attendance are; _Hon. Waleeh Adeleke Ipaye PhD, Prince Adewale Bello, Hon. Fausat Olajoku, TMM Ojokoro Co-ordinator, Hon. Adeshina Are and his counterpart in Ifako Ijaiye LG.



Others are the TMM Leaders in Ifako Ijaiye, Ward Coordinators and Ward Apex Leaders from Ifako Ijaiye LG to Ojokoro LCDA

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
