Children’s Day : Educate your child, Hon. Emmanuel Olotu Tells FKJ Constituency 02 Parents



The House Of Assembly, Ifako Ijaiye Constituency 02 Elect,  Hon. Emmanuel Olotu has urged every Ojokoro Parent to do the needful and use all available strength‎ in educating their children/wards.


In a statement released by his deputy media aide, Lateef Olawale, the lawmaker elect described education as the ‎only means to cure ignorance, tackle social vices and build an independent individual in the future.


The lawmaker Elect in Ifako Ijaiye Constituency 02, who described children as leaders of tomorrow, expressed optimism that children play vital roles in building a nation.


He, however, applauded parents and guardians for consistently mentoring and parenting children.


He added: “Children must have access to quality education, healthcare, nutritious food, housing and others.


“Collectively, we must protect children by criminalizing a range of acts including child labour, child abuse, child rape, exploitation for pornography and violence against children.

“As parents and guardians, it is our responsibility to raise good children by upholding good moral conduct in our endeavours.”



“It is well stated in the holy books ” Educate your child so that he or she will give you rest” The current trend of security challenges facing the nation can only be tackled with proper education. Many commit crime without knowing the negative effects of such to the society”


"For a nation to be great, the standard of education must be high both formally and informally. All hands must be on deck to transform the educational sector”.

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
