COVID 19: Lagos State Government Introduces Daily Food Kitchen Palliative In Ojokoro LCDA, Lagos.

Lagos state government under our workaholic and amiable Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu has introduced a series of palliatives in the past few weeks to alleviate the inconveniences experienced by the Youths in the society during the lockdown. The Food Kitchen in Ojokoro LCDA was presided by Hon. Dipo Okeyomi Carry Go in Ojokoro LCDA.

All the palliative measures announced by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu are currently in place as promised. Notably, the daily food Kitchen in Ojokoro LCDA, commenced on Monday, 20th of April, 2020, and has recorded remarkable success.

The Food Kitchen initiative is carried out in a dignifying manner, consciously in compliance with the social distancing guideline. Youths are beneficiaries of this initiative.

We've succeeded in distributing the packages to Ward A to Ward G. The distribution commenced on Monday, 20th of April, 2020 and end on Sunday, 26th of April, 2020.

Daily Distribution were shared in the underlisted format:

CDC Chairman: One Hundred and Ten *(110) Packs

Babaloja: Ten (10) Packs

Iyaloja: Ten (10) Packs

Baale: Twenty (20) packs

Junction in different wards: Seven (7) packs each.

The PICTURES of the distributed foods were  captured at the underlisted locations at the Ojokoro LCDA. It is worthy to note that they all have their allocated day slots, in order to create room for orderliness.

Note: All the listed packs were to be distributed to the youths.

Aliko Dangote Foundation donates bags of Rice To Vulnerable In Lagos State

  The Aliko Dangote Foundation has donated 80,000 bags of 10kg rice to support vulnerable communities in Lagos State. Dangote said the distribution of the bags of 10kg of rice was a demonstration of the Aliko Dangote Foundation’s (ADF) commitment to upholding the values of compassion and solidarity that are at the core of humanity. _He said over one million 10kg bags of rice would be distributed to reach vulnerable people in all the 774 LGAs of the country._ Governor of Lagos state,  Babajide Sanwo-Olu, applauded the humanitarian initiatives of Dangote to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians, while praising him for showing compassion to the needy in the society.
