CAFI RULES AND REGULATIONS ON WHATSAPP GROUPS

Below guidelines are created to manage Change Agent Foundation International (CAFI) WhatsApp  Group.
CAFI Group Admins can use these guidelines to regulate any CAFI group

 CAFI RULES AND REGULATIONS

 1. CAFI is a Non Governmental Organisation Group, which supports All Progressive Political Party (APC) and Cater for the welfare of the Less Privilege.

2. We have created this group only for CAFI and APC related discussions and its project related activities. Irrelevant discussion is highly Prohibited.

3.  Please do not discuss any religious matter, as there are several School of Thoughts being followed by our members.

4. Don’t share irrelevant forwarded Audio, Videos, Photos, messages or jokes in the group.

5. Announcement of event of other groups needs approval from CAFI President before circulation.

6. Do not advertise any business on this group without approval from Admins.

 7. No Fund Raising Message to be circulated in group without written permission from CAFI President.

8. Mutual respect is needed during discussions. Respects everybody's views, even if not aligned with yours. Kindly address your fellow CAFI members with respect.

9. Beware that posting multiple Messages in group same day needs to be justified to the group admin, or it will be considered spam.

10. We would start taking the following actions on the Defaulters:
First time offenders will be Warned.
Subsequent offenders will be removed and added back after three days.
Repeat offenders will be removed permanently.

These Rules will keep CAFI Groups functioning like a Well-oiled machine. It is crucial for all of us to follow these rules and make CAFI Groups a better, focused and organized place to work for the upliftment of our NGO, APC and Nation at Large.

Thanks for your Cooperation

Signed
